Why should we get an exernal UX audit?
If you are stuck or stagnating, getting a fresh set of skilled eyes on your product could be exactly what is needed. It will also take that burden off of your designer (if you have one) - so that they can focus on their day to day tasks. And if you don't have a designer then its even more neccessary to get a UX audit.
What is the price based on?
The price is based on a combination of my hourly rate and the cost of hiring for a set of skills. The price also covers the physical action report you will obtain at the end of the audit.
How will the audit happen?
We'll start with a kickoff call, so that I can find out all about your product and your problems. I will start with an evaulation of your current platform concentrating on usability and accessibility. As I go I may have questions, but I will follow whatever contact frequency you would like (slack, email etc). As I make my way through my todo list I will be making notes and at the end of the audit you will receieve a formatted document with all my findings, insights and suggestions. If you want to have a meeting to go through the document this is also an option.
